This information comes from a report by the Ukrainian Agrarian Export Association (UAEA).

Last year, revenue from the export of fruits, berries, and nuts amounted to $257 million, decreasing by another 18%.

“In its structure, frozen berries and fruits dominated again, accounting for $132 million (-31%), peeled and unpeeled walnuts – $77 million (-4%), grain crops – $18 million (-7%), berries – $18 million (+31%). In terms of volume, there was an increase in the export of frozen fruits – 87 thousand tons (+3%), walnuts – 31 thousand tons (+21%), as well as berry crops – 5 thousand tons (+19%), although sales volumes abroad of apples and pears decreased – 42 thousand tons (-10%),” the report states.
